What a way to finish Amazon her junior career!

We traveled to Hungary for the Komárom Dog Show weekend, one of the country’s most iconic shows. It’s held inside the historic 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿, a 19th-century fortress — a truly spectacular venue and atmosphere where history meets the show world.

 

On the first day, one of the judging rings caught up so much time that I had to present Amazon in the ring. She did amazing and we earned her first 𝗛𝗣𝗝! From there, Ama continued winning all 𝗛𝗣𝗝s achieving 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻!

During the 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘅 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, she reached the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝟲 under judg  Péter Harsányi, and on the second day she placed 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 under George Schogol! (Day 3 unfortunately had no JBIS program.)

 

I’m deeply proud of Amazon’s accomplishments — a Hungarian breed, raised in the Netherlands, being recognized highly in her country of origin. Truly an honor and a moment of pride for all involved.
