Amazon’s Sparkling Debut at Martini Dogshow Groningen

We are thrilled to share the debut results of our beloved Amazon at the prestigious Martini Dogshow Groningen, and what a phenomenal first weekend it was for this young star in the making.

Day 1 — 02 March

Judge: Sandra Hooyer 🇳🇱 

Amazon entered the Junior Class for the first time in the Netherlands and showed herself beautifully, impressing judge Sandra Hooyer with her elegance, breed type, and confident movement. Amazon was awarded:

• 1 Excellent
• Best Female

A strong and promising start that laid the groundwork for what was to come.

Day 2 — 03 March

Breed Judge: Yvonne Jaussi 🇨🇭 

Group Judge (FCI Group 7): Ger Cox 🇮🇪 

Junior Best in Show Judge: André van den Broek 🇳🇱

On the second day, Amazon truly surpassed all expectations. Competing under respected breed specialist Yvonne Jaussi, she impressed from the start and went on to earn:

• 1 Excellent in Junior Class
• CAC
• Best of Breed (BOB)
• BIG3 (3rd in Group 7 under Ger Cox)
• JBIG1 (1st in Junior Group under André van den Broek)

To achieve such results at just under 11 months old—especially at a show of this caliber— beating well established champions, is an incredible accomplishment. Her joy in the ring, graceful gait, and strong expression set her apart even among more seasoned contenders.

This debut weekend confirms what we’ve always believed: Amazon is our beloved rare gem. We are incredibly proud of how she handled herself throughout the show and grateful to the judges for their appreciation of her potential.

The future looks bright—and this is only the beginning.
